Covered for up to 5 years the trade will let you know on the day how long the cert will cover, depends on the age of the board at the property 
 
Once ordered we will ask for yours and the tenants contact details if property is empty just enter your details. 
 
THE PRICE ONLY COVERS THE COST OF THE CERT IF OTHER WORKS ARE NEEDED THE TRADESMAN WILL GIVE YOU A CALL AFTER AN INITIAL LOOK AT THE PROPERTY (AROUND 70% OF PROPERTIES WITHOUT A METAL BOARD WILL REQUIRE SOME WORK)
