Valid for 12 months, cert will be emailed over once you have placed an order we will contact you for the following info 
 
Your Name, Address, Phone Number, Email, 
Tenants address, number and email so we can send them a copy (one wil be left on the day too). 
 
THE COST IS JUST FOR THE CERTIFICATE YOU WILL BE TOLD IF ANY ISSUES ARE FOUND AT THE PROPERTY
